Lost 80-year-old Ibadan ‘Soka’ Kidnap Victim Cecelia, Found At Last

The 80 year old woman, Cecelia Obaighene, who was allegedly kidnapped in Edo State and was reported lost for over two weeks, after she was found among inmates at the kidnappers den at Soka area in Ibadan, has been found.

She was found wandering around the Ibadan Toll Gate area and according to some mechanics in the area who had sighted her, resting in front of a popular furniture company along the Toll Gate area, she was quite responsive and alert.

Upon sighting her, they had informed a popular radio station in the city and also the police who responded to the scene and took her away to the Police headquarters in Eleiyele.

Nigerian Tribune had tried to get information as to how she vanished from the scene on the day they were rescued, but Cecelia’s response was somewhat gibberish, as she spoke a strange language.

Her family members who had come forward last week to alert the police and the media have been contacted to ascertain her identity.
