A high-end sex shop has launched the world’s priciest sex toy – a gold-plated device that comes with an eye-watering price tag of £12,000.

The 18-carat Nell Pleasure Seed Vibrator has been created by London-based erotica brand Coco de Mer to celebrate its 14th birthday.

The palm-sized gadget is named after the pleasure -loving monarch Charles II’s long-time mistress, Nell Gwyn.
